Shipping & Delivery

At V DESIGN LAB we do our best to have your desired jewellery pieces delivered as soon as possible. 

Your jewellery is sent via Registered Post, which may include tracking.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country/region and are visible at Check out.

Delivery to Switzerland is Free of charge while to other regions costs are kept to a minimum. If you order more than 150 euros (or equivalent), shipping will be Free of charge.

Estimated Delivery times:

From the day the package is dispatched:

- Switzerland: A Post usually 1/2 working days, B Post 2/3 working days

- Europe: usually 3/5 working days

- Rest of the world: 6-9 working days

The listed delivery times are only estimated and are based on the average rate provided by the individual carrier and could be longer based on your location and service restrictions. V DESIGN LAB cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by any third party (e.g. the Shipping Service, Customs, etc...) or liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen.

Please also note that if an order takes places on the weekend or on a public holiday, shipping will take place on the next working day, unless stated otherwise.

Custom Fees:

Please note that you may be charged with customs fees and/or import duties. These fees are not set by V DESIGN LAB, but may be charged by local governments on imported goods and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For additional information, please ask your local Customs Office, applicable authorities and shipping operators.

Returns
You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the ordered jewelry piece must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All earrings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

Please contact us at hello@vdesignlab.ch and let us know why you'd like to return your purchase before returning it to us. To complete your return, we require you to please include your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your e-mail, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
We will not give any refund whenever the fault is not due to V DESIGN LAB.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund officially goes through.
- If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@vdesignlab.ch.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@vdesignlab.ch and send your item to: Suedstrasse, 5 Zurich CH 8008.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & transaction (credit cards, fees, etc...) costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any incurred fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
