As Summer slowly gives way to a new season, September often arrives with a familiar change of rhythm. Work, family and everyday routines begin to fill our calendars again, making it all the more important to create space for ourselves, for meaningful conversations and for connection.
This is why I’m very happy that V DESIGN LAB Jewellery will be joining Our Happy Place by Julie Blume for two special editions of "Bouncing Back" Coffee Mornings.
Kilchberg — 27th August | Café Rumi
Our first morning takes place at Café Rumi in Kilchberg, on Thursday, 27th of August.
Over coffee and Gipfeli, Julie will create an open and welcoming space for women to talk about finding our way forward after Summer, challenging moments and some of life’s bigger transitions.
It is an invitation to step away from the everyday for a couple of hours, meet other women and perhaps return home with a little more energy, inspiration and perspective.
Because taking time for ourselves — especially when we spend it in the company of other women — is rarely wasted time. It is often where genuine connections happen and, sometimes, where the seeds of new friendships are planted.

Schaffhausen — 17th September | Wohnzeit
The conversation continues on 17th September at Wohnzeit in Schaffhausen, bringing the same spirit of Bouncing Back to another beautiful setting.
At the heart of both mornings is something very simple: creating time to connect.
Julie has a wonderful ability to make people feel immediately welcome. Through Our Happy Place, she has created a warm, resourceful and inspiring community, the kind of place where you can arrive knowing no one and quickly feel that you belong.

V DESIGN LAB Jewellery — to discover in person
Alongside the conversation, I’ll be bringing a curated selection of V DESIGN LAB’s newest jewellery collections, together with some of our signature bestsellers.
For me, jewellery has always been a way to tell stories, that can become deeply personal. The pieces we choose tell something about ourselves, and we can add to those inspirations and stories to make them our own. Or sometimes simply they complement or enhance an outfit or even better make us feel a little more ourselves.
These intimate mornings are therefore a particularly lovely opportunity to experience to connect with other women and experience V DESIGN LAB live: to touch the pieces, try them on, discover the latest designs and spend some time together.
