V DESIGN LAB by Valeria Vigliani is a Zürich based jewellery brand, part of Form Forum, the biggest Swiss Association for artistic Handicraft and Design. Mainly a One-Woman-Show.
The Process
Valeria, the designer, personally creates each jewellery piece—starting with hand sketches, then 3D design. Prototypes are made in wax or resin, then cast in metal, hand-finished, and often plated with a thick layer of 18Kt gold. She combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology like 3D printing to produce unique and sustainable pieces using mostly upcycled brass, Recycled Sterling Silver 925, or recycled gold upon request. Custom designs can be developed with clients, including personalized pieces, alternative sizes, metals, or finishes.

Bespoke designs can be created with the client for a personalised piece of jewellery as well as different sizes of existing designs, different metals, also precious metals, or finishes can be requested.
