Here we are back again in Zurich after a few intense days in Milan, where V DESIGN LAB Jewellery has exhibited at Artistar Temporary Shop within DIN - Design In 2018 event at Lambrate Design District during the Milan "Fuorisalone". Lots of names to indicate V DESIGN LAB's attendance at Milan Design Week.
First of all I wanted to thank you the organisers Artistar Jewels through Promotedesign, all the people and V DESIGN LAB friends and supporters that either came by for a visit or promoted the event and shared photos of it. Many thanks a lot, it means a lot to me!
From April 17th till the 22nd V DESIGN LAB has been hosted in an industrial area, the perfect environment for V DESIGN LAB's "industrial chic" minimal (or bold) jewellery.
All of V DESIGN LAB Jewellery is handfinished or 3D designed & printed and all materials are sourced in Italy, Switzerland or within Europe (Thanks Shapeways!). I pursue a sustainable way of creating my jewellery pieces, keeping track of all the process from (my) idea generation to the finished piece. In fact I'll be soon attend the Fashion Revolution Event in Zurich on April 28th.
Din 2018 has been a great experience that allowed me to meet new people, create new networking and business opportunities and observe what people are looking for and also receive a great deal of appreciation towards my designs. Of course on top of exploring a lot of interesting products, working spaces, new processes within Lambrate Design District and all around Milan. And enjoy some great cold beer and nice food at Weating, the food truck space that combined food & design. It was good to spend these "already summery" days buzzing with creativity in my city! Grazie Milano!
