A Self Love & Connection Coaching Session with Monia Pyraki
During this guided session, wellness coach Monia Pyraki will explore the deeper meaning of connection, starting with the relationship we cultivate with ourselves.
Participants will, among other things:
- Explore the importance of self love and inner connection
- Understand how self-awareness supports personal and professional growth
- Learn practical tools to strengthen emotional wellbeing and self-connection
